Steps to making a shirt

  1. Talk to customer

    • Discuss the design
    • How many they are ordering
    • Colors for the shirt
    • Colors for the design
  2. Work on graphics

    • Use graphics program to create image
    • Submit proof to customer
    • Make any changes
    • Get final approval of design
  3. Pre-process

    • Order blank shirts in sizes + colors needed
    • Order material/color for design
  4. Making the shirts

    • Loading blank material into machine
    • Loading design into software
    • Once machine's finished one design, load material for the next shirt
    • Remove all unwanted material for the design
    • Align completed material onto shirt
    • Use heat press to adhear material onto shirt
    • Remove backing film from shirt
    • Inspect shirt to make sure everything looks good
  5. Delivery

    • Box up the order
    • Make sure invoice & packing slip is in box
    • Either meet with customer or ship out the box
    • Order is complete
